Joel Lescano

Soy un artista argentino. Desde chico me encantaba pintar personajes de mis historietas favoritas. Más tarde, comencé a tomar clases semanales de pintura y dibujo, compartiendo mis ideas con el resto de los artistas del taller. Al mismo tiempo, empecé a desarrollar mis habilidades musicales con la batería y el piano. En ese sentido, la pintura siempre ha estado cerca de mí.


A raíz de eso, en 2013, me aventuré en el maravilloso mundo del muralismo. Me gusta mucho reflejar la naturaleza en mis obras. La selva, el bosque, la naturaleza salvaje y sus animales son algunos de mis elementos favoritos. Por eso me encanta viajar y conocer nuevos lugares para inspirarme. En el caso de Argentina, me encantó el contraste entre las montañas del sur y las cataratas del Iguazú en el noreste. Crecer en este país tan diverso también me ha motivado e inspirado para crear mi propia naturaleza. Por eso, creo que mi arte intenta sacarte de los espacios urbanos y grises, para trasladarte a paisajes naturales, a la esencia de la humanidad.


I am argentinian artist. Since I was a kid, I really loved painting characters from my favourite comics. Later, I started weekly lessons of painting and drawing, sharing my ideas with the rest of artists in the workshop. At the same time, I started to develop my musical abilities with drums and piano. In that sense, painting has been always close to me.


Following that, in 2013, I ventured myself to the wonderful world of muralism. I really like to reflect nature in my pieces. The jungle, the forest, the wild nature and its animals are some of my favourites elements. That is why I love travelling around and knowing new places to get inspired. In the case of Argentina, I really loved the contrast between the mountains in the south and the Iguazu falls in the north east. Growing up in this diverse country has also motivated and inspired myself to create my own nature. Therefore, I think that my art tries to take you out from the urban and grey spaces, to move to natural landscapes, to the essence of humanity.
